More firsts

9.9.10

We promised Drew his day would come. And, today it did.
Drew is an official preschooler.
And, a super cute one at that.
As you can see, Lydia was pretty anxious to get in there herself (that is, until I put her down to take the picture below. I think she thought she was staying for school and started to panic).

Drew wanted to take these pictures so Evan and Ashlyn could see the “huge Legos” and his “restaurant.” I’m partial to the funky wall colors myself.

I think today was just some fun stuff; it was only 90 minutes long as a “warm up.” Drew hysterically told the family repeatedly how he just had fun and didn’t learn a thing! I think he was expecting to be doing long division by the end of the day.

Oh, how I love his enthusiasm! That kid is bursting at the seams, and it is precious! I have no doubt that he will LOVE preschool.

Aww, he looks so happy to be there! I’m sure he will love it and you will get some one-on-one time with Lydia, which will be nice.
Where did you end up sending him?

Hello

I overthink everything. This blog is a prime example. Make yourself a cup of coffee and sit down for a read. Actually, make that a pot of coffee. There’s a lot of overthinking here.
