    We have taken Madi out several times since she started school 3 years ago. The principal encourages it. She said it was a great idea to spend time together and “refresh,” and that as long as it wasn’t a regular thing, it was no problem. She also said that if Madi’s teachers felt that Madi was behind in any way, she might have a different opinion.
