My loves on Valentine’s Day

2.15.11

When do you stop going into your kids’ schools for parties? I’m thinking I have 4 more years of going to 3 school parties in one day.

I can make it.

Drew’s party where Lydia felt right at home. First time seeing Lydia’s “Smile!” face.

Ashlyn’s class party — Lydia is the star of the show there. I’m not sure I can even handle bringing her in again. It was a bit over the top to say the least.
Evan’s class party — 3rd graders are infinitely more mature than the wild 1st graders.

And, the “smile!” face again…all sugared up after 3 parties.

4 kids definitely makes it more challenging! I go to only one party a year for each of the kids. I love helping out at their parties but want to give the other mom’s a chance too. I think they are only allowed 4 mom’s at the most. I do lots of other volunteering at school so it’s ok.

Kelly – Sorry if I sent a couple comments through…my google id was doing something weird…oh and I think it was pictures 5 and 6 (not 4 and 5)!

if the parties result in more sweet pictures like that, they are sure to be more bearable!

Hello

I overthink everything. This blog is a prime example. Make yourself a cup of coffee and sit down for a read. Actually, make that a pot of coffee. There’s a lot of overthinking here.
