Thursday’s Things to Pray For

12.9.10

  1. Pray for me as I have some editing projects in front of me with deadlines quickly approaching. I am anxious to finish them before Christmas but find it hard to get undivided time to work (I know all you mommies out there know what I mean).
  2. Pray for patience as I parent. I can so easily get frustrated when they “interfere” with my agenda. I want to be more flexible, more willing to put my tasks aside to tend to the kids’ needs.
  3. Praise that Evan is now staying in the regular classroom for some language arts teaching! He is doing really well!
  4. Praise for how God is leading us. I am feeling quite certain today that He is directing our path–what a comfort and joy to know this.

I will pray. Please pray for our family. You can follow our journey with our son, “Hoss” at my blog. We are attempting to bring him home permanantly on Christmas Eve. Please pray for wisdom.

Sounds like you are in a busy but good place. So glad to hear that you feel the Lord’s leading and that Evan is doing so well in school. As a former teacher, I have a soft spot in my heart for him. One of the BEST parts of teaching was seeing these kiddos make such good progress! Praying with you.

Hello

I overthink everything. This blog is a prime example. Make yourself a cup of coffee and sit down for a read. Actually, make that a pot of coffee. There’s a lot of overthinking here.
