wii are crazy

1.11.10

Wii have been converted. As if watching 5 seasons of 24 is not enough to occupy us, wii have joined the world of modern gaming. Ebay buyers looking for an old xbox and gamecube console and oodles of xbox games, get ready to buy. Wii’re hoping they are.

Here’s a picture of what my family has been doing every spare minute since Sunday afternoon.

Wii was our big Christmas present this year. And this is my kids first video game system ever. They have been playing non-stop….after homework and reading of course. They never knew what they were missing!……..Maybe we should have held off a bit longer. But I’ve got to admit we are ALL having lots of fun with it!

Oh my gosh!!! So are Wii!!! My mom got our family one for Christmas and we love, love, LOVE it!

Hafta say…we are not video game people at all, so we fought and kicked against the Wii. So, glad we have it now.

    Have fun! (as if, right?!)

So fun…I refuse to buy one cause I am afraid that’s all I would do! Although, it’s not nearly as much fun by yourself! That’s why I am glad that I ahve friends with one!

I will have to practice and come visit and challenge you and the fam!

Our evenings usually consist of a tennis or bowling match on the Wii. Maggie can actually do it herself too…and her one request for her birthday? The Wii Ni Hao Kai Lan game, which she keeps seeing the commercial for…ugh!!

I have been following your journey as you wait to be matched! I found your link through the Denis family blog. Kim and I talk a lot! I hope this is your month, I know how emotionally exhausting it can be. I am glad you are finding things to TRY to take your mind off of the wait just a little…

Wii too. I was against it last Christmas because they were too young. I hide upstairs when I am tired of it. Very limited on school days. Sometimes not at all. On the weekend, it is on 24/7. I have to say, “DID YOU CRAZY PEOPLE EAT TODAY?”.

We love the Wii! You must try the karaoke – I think they have a disney one with songs the kids would know too. It is a riot. We use it all the time when friends come over.

Oh sooooo funny! Wii finally jumped on board this Christmas, too! And I have to admit…it can get pretty addictive! ;) At least it provides for some fun family time… it’s definitely more interactive than most gaming systems these days. FUN times!!

Wii are so sad that our wii has developed some sort of glitch. It is our favorite gaming console as well. I think it’s awesome that not only the boys in your family are enjoying it.

Hello

I overthink everything. This blog is a prime example. Make yourself a cup of coffee and sit down for a read. Actually, make that a pot of coffee. There’s a lot of overthinking here.
