who stole the cookies from the cookie jar

9.17.08

I’ll give you one guess.

We made chocolate chip cookies today. I had 2. Ashlyn had 2. There were 4 left. I gave Drew 1/2 of one before we left to get Evan from school. I was going to save 2 for Evan and give the 1 1/2 left to Drew, as due him. Well, apparently this child needs constant supervision since I found him under the kitchen table with a very full mouth and the remaining bits of the 3 1/2 cookies on top of the stove.

Perhaps I should not take pictures in these situations since Drew immediately ran out after I took the shot, saying, “Let me see! Let me see!”

Grrr…

Okay, that is the funniest post ever. Look at him under there, hiding. What a hoot! It’s like the pictures I took of Allison after she “played” with my mascara. You have to capture it even though it’s naughty. :)

ok..his best reply would have been..”but mom, I’m a pirate…don’t pirates raid cookie jars and do fun things like that?”…

Did he try and deny it with a mouth-full of cookie? That would be even funnier! I have the same chairs in my dining room.

Hello

I overthink everything. This blog is a prime example. Make yourself a cup of coffee and sit down for a read. Actually, make that a pot of coffee. There’s a lot of overthinking here.
